Really good service today from Demi. She went out of her way to help me and I really appreciate it. The crib mattress I bought for my grandson last year was so good I wanted to buy another for my next grandchild due this summer. I couldn’t remember the details but she sorted everything for me. Delighted.
I had ordered a Moses basket about 3 weeks ago. Delivery was very quick but when I opened it, I discovered that it came with the wrong colour liner. I felt a little disappointed at first as I thought that I would probably need to send the whole thing back and wait even longer to receive the original order I had placed. I emailed customer service straight away and got an immediate reply back first thing in the morning. I was dealing with a very kind lady called Nikki from Customer Services. She explained how sorry she was that this had happened. As it was only the Liner that was the wrong colour, she allowed me to keep the one that I had received in error and to use as a spare until my new Liner arrived. The new Liner arrived a few days later. I was really impressed with the way this was handled and was kept up to date throughout.
I bought both a duvet and a pillow and both are absolutely HORRIBLE! Feels like plastic and so loud! Every time my son moves makes so much noise that sometimes wakes him up! Do not waste your money on this company’s products. My friend bought the same product at their competitors and at the same price and the quality is 100 times better, feels nice and soft and doesn’t make so much noise, or any at all. When I complained to this company about their product they just said the product is good quality and because I am over 30 day window they can not and will not do anything about it. I am now stuck with this disgusting duvet and pillow that I will have to throw away. Very bad company and horrible product.Thank you for nothing, your reply is useless to me…you are not willing to do anything for your customers and continue selling this horrible product.
I placed an order online and then realised that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong colour of one item. I called customer services and spoke to Jane who proceeded to intercept my order and arrange for the item to be changed. At all times she kept me updated with the situation. I received my order the next day and the goods are lovely. So I am very pleased with the excellent service I received from The Little Green Sheep.
Unfortunately when we came to assemble our Moses basket we found a fault with the stand. I contacted the customer service team and Jane was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. A day after reporting the fault Jane had arranged for a new stand to be sent out to us. Great stress free customer service.
