Review Time
I ordered a baby gym and contacted customer service as it had been a while since I ordered but I hadn’t received it. They got back in touch very quickly letting me know that it had been dispatched but the tracking wasn’t working and that they would dispatch a replacement immediately via a different delivery company. It came very quickly and I am very happy with the product. I would not hesitate to order from them again in future given the great customer service.
Demi from customer service was great help and immediately scheduled an exchange of a “faulty” (scratch on the fabric) sleeping bag we received. The sleeping bag is made from good quality material and feels very soft. Love that the zip is placed on a side!
Advertising non-existent savings. They advertise savings if you buy double packs, but they're not applied on their website. I emailed customer services about it & they asked their web team to correct one item online, but they didn't make changes to the rest. I don't understand it - I'm trying to buy their products in line with their advertising & they're acting like they're doing me a favour?! 2 stars only because they (quite slowly) reply to emails but for now I'm not used to having to work this hard just to buy something so for now they have lost a customer.
Demi and Holly were really amazing and so understanding. Our mattress had mould on the underside and we've got no damp in our house, we'd also been using the mattress protector too from Little Green Sheep but there must've been a fault. Anyway, after sharing photos and proof of purchase (from Jan 2020) they'd confirmed a replacement. I cannot be more pleased my little boy absolutely loves his bed and ever since we changed to a little green sheep mattress he sleeps through! It's just so comfy for him.
Holly in customer services is just fantastic. I already have the Moses Basket and stand from LGS which baby has outgrown. I wanted a LGS mattress for our new cot which is an unique shape. Unfortunately, there has been an issue with the cot so we have chosen a new one which is a standard shape. No issues with returning the unopened mattress, which was due to the excellent service provided by Holly who was professional, helpful and efficient.
They charged me a price including VAT and told ROI customs "Delivered Taxes Unpaid (DTU) and now I am faced to pay double tax for a mattress. They mislead me by saying additional cost might only be for duty fee. I will never buy anything from them again.I've being shopping from many UK stores but I've never encountered with double taxation situation, they don't charge UK VAT or refund it after sale. But for this particular case, I even had to pay tax of tax.
What a great company. We bought our first baby’s Moses basket and mattress from them years ago and recently one for our new baby as well as a junior mattress for our (now) 8 year old. Really good old fashioned customer service - hard to find such nice folks to deal with anymore. Had a problem with the recycling of our old mattress - sorted immediately on the phone and offered service for free. Feeling great. Thank you.
