Great product and great customer serviceI purchased mattresses for both cot bed and pram from Little Green Sheep, they are among the best quality in the market. I did order a wrong size and requested an exchange, ladies at customer service are extremely helpful. Our little one enjoyed the mattress a lot too.
Purchased Twist Natural Cot Bed Mattress and mattress protectors as John Lewis was out of stock. The quality of the product surpassed any imagination. I expected it to be good as it was hand made and there were countless positive reviews. But the mattress was so good that I wanted to use it instead of the baby (albeit as a cushion rather than bed mattress..) The price is definitely on the high end in the market but I believe it is worth every penny of the price. The protector was also of great quality as well. There was slight miscommunication with delivery as DX (delivery firm) updated it as delivered without actually making the delivery. I got in touch with The Little Green Sheep and got through to the customer services quickly (none of those 30mins+ waiting time that you may have with some other firms..). Nikki then understood the issue quickly and assured me of a resolution to the issue. And the next day, DX delivered the item. Their excuse was that they updated to delivered by mistake due to heavy traffic but no apology was made. Still didnt understand why they would update it as delivered rather than delay... I would guess its related to their performance review. Regardless, Nikki was able to resolve it quickly and I received the items without any damage in good packaging.
I can't recommend this company more highly! I ordered a mattress to go with our Snuzkot and mattress protector, the quality was second to none and delivery was swift and hassle free. However, we did have to return our goods which happened to be no fault of The Little Green Sheep. Our Snuzkot ordered from John Lewis was not up to scratch so we had to return it, meaning the mattress and protector had to be sent back too.The returns process was made easy by the lovely sales representative Demi who was more than helpful and attentive to my needs as a person expecting a child soon.I will definitely be ordering from The Little Green Sheep again.
A piece of plastic on my LGS stand snapped and I contacted their customer service team asking for a replacement. Demi from their customer service team was so helpful and swiftly arranged for an entire replacement stand to be sent to me. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service.
Product lovely. Instructions TERRIBLE! Be very mindful when purchasing the Moses basket. Unless your physic good luck building it - no words and the images literally tell you nothing. A very simple Moses basket stand should have taken 10 minutes tooks nearly 2 hours because of poor instructions and no where to find the information as online instructions don’t match the ones in the box with different pieces!!! Very frustrating!
Very happy with the service provided by The Little Green Sheep. The delivery didn’t take long at all. The way in which their items came wrapped make sure that these were kept intact during transportation. One item had been missed from the order, however, the customer service team resolved the issue straightaway and we received the missing part in the post the next day. Very receptive team and grateful we chose this company. Last but not least, their Moses baskets are the most beautiful and delicate thing for your expected new born - we love it!
