Unreliable and Unacceptable costumer service. I received a smaller product than what I ordered and paid for, I sent a complaint 3 weeks ago and got no response! I will never buy from them again and I don't think I will get any money back
Adore this brand! They have great break-downs for skincare beginners, including an in-depth table on how you should properly layer your skincare - something I'd never thought about before. Products are also amazing - 10% Niacinamide and 1% Zinc has done wonders for my skin, and the 100% Plant-Derived Squalane is amazing for skin, lips and hair! So, so affordable too. Products shipped quickly, and arrived in safe packaging. Would recommend to literally everyone.
For someone who had no clue about what was the right skin care for me, the ordinary has an incredible amount of content and guides to help you choose. I received my order within 3 days from placing it and so far products have been great for my skin.
Bonjour j’ai reçu mon colis aujourd’hui l’expéditeur était Deciem et ensuite mon colis a été donnée à Dpd puis à chronopost, je peux même pas vous expliquer le choque que j’ai eu quand j’ai ouvert mon colis mes produits était dans un état pitoyable j’ai eu de la chance que les produits en eux même n’ont pas été touchée mais le reste était horrible vraiment je suis attristé car j’avais absolument beaucoup trop hâte de recevoir mes produits dommage ... j’ai aucune idée qui a causer ça mais je préfère l’envoyer à tout le monde merci !Hello I received my package today the sender was Deciem and then my package was given to Dpd then to chronopost, I can't even explain the shock I had when I opened my package and my products was in a terrible state I was lucky that the products themselves were not touched but the rest was really horrible I am saddened because I was absolutely too anxious to receive my products too bad ...
