I made $200 USD purchase and I have been waiting for about 3 months for my package, there's no updates by Canada post for over two weeks now, no response on customer service phone and no response in social media. Nada. I don't know if I'll ever receive it, and I can't ask for a refund until I can send it back. Worst online buying experience ever.

I ordered 4 items on the 9th of February and I received them today (10 days later), even earlier than I expected with all this new Brexit situation.Just a note for the brand: would not be better to open a distribution centre in mainland Europe also to avoid all the bad reviews given recently because of the delays?It was all well packaged
i am waiting for the products ordered on December 2020. As of January 12, there is no update regarding the shipment. the shipment has been in Belgium for more than a month! my order is DEC-87402782, i hope someone will give me some answer!
DEC-90021478 placed on the 22nd January. Today is 9th of Feb. 17h15m and I am still waiting on the status of the order to change, so that I understand where my order is. Contacted customer service by email on the 28th Jan, NO REPLY until today! These companies don't respect online customers, and law protects them, as we can't file an official claim or decide if we no longer want the items... they command and they have no respect for customers. If a company experiencies delays with deliveries they have to solve it as soon as possible, because it means that they have more request volumes, so they should also increase delivery services availability, they just want to continue to make more and more money,but they don't upgrade their services. Shame on companies like this... Customer service is the best thing that a company might have... and unfortunately this company is just a mess.Today is the 16th february, STILL NO ANSWER FROM DECIEM, EITHER BY EMAIL AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE + 3TIMES BY EMAIL... I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
DECIEM IS A SCAM...My order number is DEC-87796590 and i haven't delivered my parcel since 16th of January.The tracking number shows that my parcel has stuck in the processing center in Belgium. Deciem customer service says that due to brexit the borders have closed and they denied to refund me unless the parcel return to their warehouse. Please stay away from that company because they are FRAUDERS!!!! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY EVEN IF IT IS JUST 20€.
I placed my order on January 6, got charged, but never got any confirmation email. I'm still waiting for my package. I have no clue whether the package will come or not and the company isn't responsive via chat/email or phone. Tried at least 10 times.
