Review Time
I like the products and have been using many of them for a long time. I placed the last 3 orders on the company’s website. All 3 orders arrived quite fast but the last one was damaged. Unfortunately, it was to be a birthday present, so it has caused an issue of having to think of a replacement present in a short notice. I contacted the customer service immediately explaining what happened and attached photos. I was rather shocked to receive a reply from Morgan, with a smiley face at the end, stating that the company does not provide replacements for damaged goods “due to mishandling”. I could return the products at my own expense. If the products reached them, I would get a refund and could place a new order. I am not sure what the smiley face meant - was I supposed to be amused by the response, or was the customer service amused that I got damaged goods and must pay for returning them if anything was to be done about it? I was also lectured about reviewing their returns policy and that third-party purchases are excluded from the return policy. I wonder what 3rd party means? I hope it does not refer to NIOD & DECIEM tabs on the website. I used one website and one account to purchase the products. If the company uses any 3rd parties, they should be fully responsible for those, as well as for the performance of the vendors they use, such as couriers. I will not be returning the package, because replacing the damaged box, and the additional recorded postage expense are not worth the hustle, and a waste of my time. Needless to say, I will not be using any products from this company ever again. Although, one of the birthday gift products is intact, I will keep it for myself, because I will no longer promote this company to anyone. Customer service is incredibly important to me, more so than even the best products. I give 4 stars for the products zero stars for the customer service.PS. Actually, the 2nd order was not quite intact, but I ignored it. A bottle with a product containing vitamin C was not screwed enough and the product was leaking. Considering the content of vitamin C, the product may not even be potent enough.
Obsessed. Completely obsessed. The price point of their products is unbeatable, and the efficacy is fantastic. If you don't know where to start, just look up product recommendations from people like Hyram or Cassandra Bankson on YouTube. I cleared up my hormonal acne WHILE PREGNANT with their Niacinamide serum and Azelaic acid formula, as some Cerave acne-specific face washes, and I couldn't be happier. And I did it without breaking the bank :) Highly recommend!
Their cosmetics is, beyond any doubt, the best affordable cosmetics on the market right now. However, their customer service is horrible.Due to their mistakes, I have overpaid custom's service in my country for 2 out of 3 orders.So I've decided to buy their products from resellers, rather than directly from them.Very unprofessional!
The oils are not authentic, (fake) the smell and appearance isn’t correct, virgin or organic, false advertising. In particular chia seed oil and borage oil. Virgin organic chia seed oil should be dark yellow to amber with a slightly nutty scent. Borage seed oil should be a clear yellowish colour with a green tint and has a sweet smell with a slight nutty hint like hazelnuts and absorb quickly. Both of those oil have no scent or colour or they smell really fishy, fake products!
It’s the second time I order from deciem. First time I ordered there was a delay on delivery but it was during lockdown so it’s understandable also there products are worth the wait. This time my order was delivered in the designated time period. I am so happy with the company on every aspect quality value for moby and delivery time they are life changing. I will be ordering again that’s for sure. Thank you guys keep up the good work !!
Great product but terrible logistic (3 weeks I’m waiting for my item and no sign no update) terrible customer service (covid excuses now it’s just that they are too busy to answer) terrible production always out of stock (I mean pretending to be out of stock to create needs)
I placed order nr. 10153585 the 8 March 2021 and more than 3 months later I haven´t received it, I have asked for them to send the order or give me a refund, and they don´t answer my emails. All the process has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don´t answer the emails, they don´t send the items, they don´t issue a refund. What is it called when someone takes your money and doesn't give anything back? It is very frustrating.
Ordered the goods, waited for a month but nothing - not the first time I was ordering from the Ordinary, everything went smoothly before, so it was a suprise. Reached out to support, it took them two weeks to reply and they offered me a refund, and after explaining the situation once again, offered a refund + 15% discount. Two months wasted and a 15% discount :) Avoid this company.
