Amazing company to order from. Website is easy to use, shipment is very reasonable (or even better, free on orders over £25!) I've ordered two lots of The Ordinary products with them and both times the order arrived quicker than expected, through DPD (who are amazing, especially if you have the app it tells you how far away they are) with great packaging so each product looked brand new. 5 stars!
I am using the Ordinary products from about one year now and I love them!Recently I have made another order , unfortunately this is THREE WEEKS now I’m waiting for the parcel, moreover I have contacted customer service SEVERAL times with no answer at all!!! I am very disappointed with their service, definitely will not buy again, as I am now afraid I will loose the money I’ve spent ,and it wasn’t small. I understand that there are some delays in the whole world, because of the situation, but not answering for customers’ queries is disrespectful and not acceptable!
I’ve been looking for the right brand for ages but just couldn’t find the right products.Nearly gave up hope but so glad I didn’t.....As I found THE ORDINARY have a wide range of products which cover- oily, dry, aging and much much more......Not only that the price is a fraction of the cost, so far is £10 is the maximum I’ve paid and it last months.The only thing is it can be a bit confusing with which products.DECIEM Is the best to help guide you through and with a simple message about you personal details they will recommend you the products best suited to your skin...Where can you go wrong????
I ordered my product on the 14th August and it arrived on the 20th August - all very smooth. No hiccups and I have no complaints. I friggin love these products! I thought delivery might take longer with the pandemic but I was pleasantly surprised. I noticed that a lot of other stores that sell The Ordinary products sell out often, so in future I'll probably just order straight from Deciem since I've had a good experience.
My order arrived quickly and was nicely packaged. The AHA/BHA Peeling Solution is seriously amazing - it actually works to brighten my skin and unclog my pesky pores!I haven't tried the Hair Density Serum or Argireline Solution yet but I'm sure they'll be great too 😊
