I ordered few times already and I'm happy with the products. Still you need to be very careful how you using them. I was amazed by the way they had handled the last order. They sent me a wrong size of the product and when I contacted them I received a right one for free in a few days. For now it's my favourite cosmetics company.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! Other companies should start taking notes. I received my package with 1 item opened - resulting in the box and items all soaked in the product. I asked for new product the same day and in less then 24h I received a package - with ALL of the new items, not only the defected one! I have never experienced anything like that. Thank you team of Deciem, for doing a GREAT job!!!

My favourite skin care line

My favourite skin care line. Their products actually work. I love the niacinamide and alpha arbutin and recommend it to everyone. I also use the 5% retinol in the winter, twice a week. Very happy with results and forever getting compliments.

Great products and excellent customer service. I needed advice on a new skincare routine so enquired with the customer team at Deciem as I have used their products before. I received an amazing detailed response with tailored recommendations some of which I have now purchased and will buy the rest once I have tested the first ones on my skin.
