Review Time
I bought a few items on November 23rd and I didn’t receive anything yet. I had to open an investigation with Canada Post, because there was a tracking number; after the investigation, they found out that my items were not shipped. I have opened 2 complaints on the website and they’re always saying that will get back to me in 2-3 business days- WHICH HAVEN’T HAPPENED. I had to open another complaint today, because it’s UNACCEPTABLE that a company as The Ordinary can’t figure out how to fix the issue.I’m starting to believe that they are scammers and might have to go to my bank and open a dispute to get my money back.
Using UPS in the UK simply doesn't work! Waited for nearly a month and got nothing from them, going back and forth with me going to the pick up point and Ordinary telling me its at the pickup point. It's clearly evident from the review on Trustpilot that everyone here is complaining about the same thing. Also, it's clear ordinary doesn't care about customer satisfaction here. Upon telling them I wanted to complain, they both ignored me and fail to knowledge that I actually went to the pick up point. Do we have the same understanding of what is a pick up point?
The order hasn't been received. After my complaint, I've received an email quoting that my parcel has already been delivered. I think this company is not committed with the happiness of their customers. As I can see, most of the reviews are about delayed or not delivered orders. SCAMMERS... Sort it out or return people's money.
