I have been waiting for five days for my order and every time I enquire through the website it asks for order number but when I put it in it says it’s not correctly entered and won’t accept it!..and UPS also keep telling me it’s being delivered and it never turns up!….so somewhere in the universe is my order just floating about!..and nobody seems to want to take responsibility for it!… very quick to take the money then don’t seem bothered if it turns up or not!
I am absolutely furious with my recent experience with The Ordinary. My last three orders have been a complete disaster. The previous two orders were delivered to a pickup point instead of my home address. While I was at least provided with tracking information on those occasions, this time, I never received any tracking details at all for my order.Only after I contacted customer service did I find out that my package (order 19610386) is being returned to the warehouse because the UPS courier supposedly couldn’t deliver it. This is beyond frustrating, especially since I’ve been home for the entire month and available to receive the delivery.The complete lack of communication and failure to deliver my order is unacceptable. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I will seriously reconsider making any future purchases from this company.
Do not order from this company....my order was not delivered even though I was told it would be. I contacted The Ordinary who told me to contact the courier myself. I didn't order the products from the courier I ordered them from The Ordinary so it's up to them to chase the courier. A shocking service.
I recently I recently ordered a number of items to be delivered to my flat. I received a text message from UPS the delivery service, saying my order has been received, but I was at home and it had not arrived. I checked their website And the postcode that it said that order was delivered to, was entirely different to the one that I’m registered under and was on my order. So they delivered my package to a completely different part of the city. Their own website shows the postcode that it was delivered to, which is not my address. I Sent numerous emails and I got one response, saying I should go to other buildings around my neighbourhood and knock on doors and see if anyone has my package!!! and if that didn’t work they would trigger an investigation, but they didn’t even look at their own website. They also have not replied to my email replies to this ludicrous response. I have not received my items and I have not been offered a refund. These people just took my money and gave my products to someone else. I won’t give me any thing in return and their customer service is appalling Their emails have sad face punctuation which is disrespectful considering they stole from me.
The company changed tremendously since my first purchase and not for better. I had only one major issue with shipping and customer service, basically, told me I am on my own. I had to chase my package and pick it up at one of the shipping warehouses more then an hour away. I haven't purchased anything from the ordinary since. I just do not enjoy it anymore: the message changed, the prices changed and they dragged a bunch of social politics in their business.
I was at the store in Toronto Yorkville today went in to inquire about the eyelash serum and wanted to learn moreAbout the products.The customer service was horrible I am luxury skin care user but I hear a lot about The Ordinary wanted to buy full regime but because of horrible service I will never go back to the store again.Unfortunately I don’t know the sales person name she was blond with glasses horrible,I went in exited she turned my excitement to disappointment.I know it’s more affordable line maybe she doesn’t care but horrible I will never ever recommend anyone and willNever visit that store again.
