It was easy to put my order in, the webpage ran smoothly and didn't have confusing popups. I've also received personalized emails regarding shipping and tracking of my matress topper. Overall a nice shopping experience.
There not Derila, whom use strong arm sales tactic's on customers so far, i have had to block fourteen phone numbers from Derila. So !! so far the buying experence is ok. Have not received items yet so can'nt score for quality if the product from pillow homes
The ordering process was extremely easy. The Pillow Home has been in constant contact keeping me updated on the progress of my order. Looking forward to receiving my mattress topper!!
Very easy checkout experience.. have not received the product yet, but so far so good.. am not a fan of the follow up emails.. they have definitely put as much effort as possible into their mail flow..
I have bought so many pillows trying to address my neck and should issues. It has been such a great product to share with my other side sleepers. Life got so much better in a short amount of time!
So far so good! Just ordered it so not much else to tell yet but company wanted a review of experience so far. Here it is...easy to order (and pay) and now just waiting to receive it and do another review, I guess.
Extremely disappointing experience. I opted for expedited shipping, yet it took 11 days to receive the item. When it finally arrived, it was damaged and in poor condition. The support team is unresponsive and slow. They refuse to issue a refund and only offer a replacement. I've already purchased an alternative because I can't afford to wait another two weeks for this inadequate service to send me a replacement.
I'm in search of a supportive pillow that can alleviate my neck discomfort and provide head support while I sleep on my side. This pillow appears to be a good option. While I haven't tried it yet, the positive feedback from others gives me hope. The process of locating the pillow was straightforward, and it seems to have received high recommendations.
