Terrible experience with my first order.

My initial order was lost during shipping, and I had to send 4 emails before receiving a response from customer service. After two months, I finally received the pillow, but it was disappointing. The quality is subpar and definitely not worth the price. It's poorly stitched, flimsy, and made from cheap fabric. The packaging was also inadequate, as it was stuffed into a grain bag. Overall, this manufacturer does not seem reliable, and the products are far worse than what I could find elsewhere.

Disappointing Experience with Delivery

Regrettably, the aim of this purchase was to enhance my guests' comfort. My guest is nearing the end of their two-week stay, and the delivery has yet to arrive. I placed the order well over a week before their arrival. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I sought an estimated delivery date from the start and received vague responses with tracking information that was unclear and in a foreign language. There should be more clarity regarding shipping times, as knowing it would take over three weeks would help customers make informed decisions. This is poor business practice. Sadly, I cannot comment on the product itself since it has not arrived yet.

Delayed backrest delivery after express shipping.

I ordered a backrest three weeks ago with express delivery. Five days ago, I received an email stating the product was in transit. It did not arrive before Christmas as guaranteed. I will not be using this service again.

Misleading Return Policies

The company employs very misleading return practices. You might believe they operate from New Mexico, but when it's time to return an item, you find out you need to ship it to China, which is as expensive as the product itself. There are numerous complaints on the Better Business Bureau for New Mexico.

Order Cancellation Experience

I ordered a pillow on 12/4/25 and tried to cancel it on 12/8/25 since the tracking information was not available. They informed me that I would receive my order in 3-4 days. However, it is now 12/21/25, and I still have not received the pillow or any tracking updates. The order still shows as pending. This service feels like a scam. I've requested a refund, but they have denied my request twice.

Fantastic Backrest Pillow Experience

I purchased a backrest pillow with arms and an adjustable headrest as a Christmas gift from my mom. My sister got one too. Then, someone reached out to me, mentioning they noticed my interest in the travel pillow and offered a discount, so I grabbed it immediately. I hope this level of customer service is standard. I'm planning to buy a new bed soon and will need some new pillows. I'm very impressed with the service.

Extremely disappointing pillow that doesn't accommodate normal sizes

This pillow is poorly designed and would only be suitable for someone with a neck length of 12 inches. I spent an additional $36 to return it in April 2025, but it was sent back to me unopened on December 7, 2025. I haven't received any refund, and my concerns about the return were completely ignored.
