Excited for My New Mattress Topper

I just ordered my mattress topper and although I haven’t received it yet, I’ve been reading through all the reviews and I’m really looking forward to trying it out! Easy purchasing process but tracking issues

The purchasing process and online layout were straightforward, with no problems there. However, the tracking number was ineffective on the platform and only functioned when accessed directly from the email. Additionally, when prompted for a review, clicking on a rating lower than 4 stars redirected me to a 'Contact Us' page instead of allowing me to leave a review. This means anyone rating 1-3 stars gets sent elsewhere. I initially rated them 3 stars due to a delayed package, but I'm lowering my rating to 2 because of the misleading redirection.

Absolutely unacceptable service.

They don't even deserve a single star. I ordered a queen mattress topper, but they sent a twin instead. I reached out to them right away, and they kept asking what was wrong with the pillow! It was clear they weren't even reading my messages. Then, they informed me that I would have to cover the shipping costs to return it.

Extremely disappointing pillow purchase.

This pillow is incredibly disappointing. It's just a thin piece of foam, completely different from the images shown. I'm convinced that the positive reviews are either paid or fake, as there's no way they can be genuine. The review system seems dishonest. The pillows are flimsy and lack the shape depicted in the photos. The 90-day guarantee is pointless since you're required to ship them back from the US to China. Who would spend more on shipping than the pillow is worth? Save your money and choose a US-based company. Their website claims they're in New Mexico, but it's misleading. I regret falling for this scam. The reviews on the site are suspiciously all positive, while the BBB shows only negative feedback. It's not a coincidence; it's deceptive. Don't be misled by this company. I wish I had done my research before ordering. Check the BBB; all complaints are similar.

Stay away from this service!

Stay away from this service! They send products from overseas - the pillows are priced around 20-30 EURO but are sold for three times that amount. I accidentally placed an order and requested a cancellation right away. They shipped my order anyway - it's currently on its way back, and I've received no updates on when I might get my refund. The customer support is extremely disappointing!

Poor Communication and Service

I placed my order on December 17th. On the 21st, I received an email from a representative named Sarah, supposedly to apologize for the delay. However, her message focused more on their successful video than on my order, which felt very self-serving. She promised delivery within 3-4 days, but that was 14 days ago, and I still haven't received anything. To make matters worse, instead of providing a credit for the late order (which is a standard business practice), she offered a discount on a future purchase that must be used within 30 days. This approach is also self-serving! As a strategic business consultant, I see that they are missing the mark on how to rebuild trust and brand loyalty.
