Yashwant Banshi was really helpful in sorting the problem out - a faulty collection bag on a Hyundai leaf blower/sucker. He asked for photos of the bag and machine and as soon as I sent them in, he arranged dispatch of replacement bag. Great service
I had real problems with my delivery from FedEx. Firstly the package did not arrive , and then it was delivered to the wrong address. I found it very easy to get through to a Customer Assistant, none of this AI nonsense. I was dealt with by Shadiya, she was extremely supportive and assured me that she would deal with the problem. I particularly appreciated the emails keeping me updated and the fact that I was able to reply to these and was guaranteed a reply.The problem was successfully rectified.
