These guys at Rehabfix is worth every brown penny. I’ve reached out to get some help with sciatica pain that I’ve been dealing with since 2020. I haven’t been able to squat with weight in the gym or deadlift with causing a serious flare up. I’ve done multiple rounds of physical therapy and received so so results. Shoutout to Jonathan because week one I was squatting and doing deadlifts with minimal to no pain. I still can’t believe it. Suffered a little calf injury during the process and Jonathan had me feeling better in 24hrs. I just wished I found these guys 5yrs ago. This program has been extremely beneficial to my training. The mobility training has been something I absolutely needed and I noticed a significant reduction in the pain and my ability to touch my toes. The coaches are extremely attentive to detail and available on the spot for any concerns throughout the programming. I’ve heard people say that they can get all these exercises off the internet and while that it true, they can’t get the exact programming, with the proper progression needed for your issues and receive coaching with true concern and the ability to tailor it to your exact needs. I highly recommend Rehab Fix and love that they have provided me with essential tools I can implement in the future if ever needed.
I started RehabFix 4 months ago to try to find relief from severe sciatica pain. I had been trying PT, chiropractor, red light therapy, hyperbaric therapy, and have even seen on orthopedic surgeon and tried a cortisone injection. Nothing helped, and actually each failed treatment seemed to make the pain worse. I scheduled a consult with Rehab Fix as a last ditch effort to try to avoid surgery. I was very skeptical that something I found on social media would help, but I had already tried everything else. I am so thankful I did!My pain went from a 10 where the pain my back and glute was constant to now I am able to enjoy my life and family activities again pain free.The coaches have been great to tailor the program to help relieve symptoms and are now helping me to build strength. I started the rehab fix sciatica program just two days ago and already I feel measurable improvement. Not only in my lower back, but also in deferred pain I've carried in my shoulder for months. That might sound unrelated but the way this program targets the whole kinetic chain makes sense to me from a bio mechanical perspective. It's not generic content. It's structured, progressive and clearly rooted in clinical experience.What stands out most is that I have not injured myself. That might sound like a low bar, but as someone who often flares up or crashes within the first day of starting new routines, this is actually a huge milestone for me. The pacing is smart. The queueing is precise, and the exercises are clearly designed to restore function without overwhelming the system.It's still too early to call it life-changing but for the first time in my life, I am looking forward to showing up again for my body for the third day in a row tomorrow.
Woke up one day and couldn’t walk. Was the worst day of my life. Thinking it would just go away I later found out I had a herniated disc of the L5 S1. Medication and painkillers just weren’t cutting it. I came across rehab fix and it was the beginning to my journey of rehabilitation. These guys know what they’re doing and we’re spot on from day one at the initial consult. Each injury is different but for discs I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. The content that they share is life-changing and the programs that they offer is life-saving. Listen to these guys they know what they’re doing. Follow them their content is amazing. I can finally say today I’m pain-free. This wasn’t an easy task as it was a lot of hard work and dedication but if you stick to a plan, you can be back to where you were before your injury and not be scared to use your back again. I recently completed the lower back program with Josh as my coach. I had a very positive experience and am pain free after having had significant back pain and sciatica for a very long time and trying everything imaginable to help improve my lower back situation. The decrease in symptoms came after months of exercise and consistent communication with Josh.. the communication piece can’t be emphasized enough! After the first couple of months I was still feeling some symptoms and was getting frustrated. Josh was determined to get to the root of the lingering problem and test out many different exercises and stretches to help alleviate the symptoms. He is extremely knowledgeable in lower back mechanics. He even gave me advice on an unrelated muscular issue that I was having. The program is definitely expensive but to me was worth it. I am finally able to return to my daily activities and live life without pain. I am also equipped with the knowledge of what to do if I experience any future lower back pain. Thank you Josh!
I’m 29 years old and came into the program not being able to my socks on. A year of dealing with severe pain down my left leg. I felt hopeless.
