Review Time
My hour with Grant was well spent. He assessed my situation with a few strategic exercise/stretches that determined the origin of my pain. You have a choice, try hundreds of online videos or go right to the source of experience and relief with Grant and his team.
I signed up for a consultation session and their free manual on their main website. I followed through multiple hoops they make you jump through to eventually gain your facebook subscription. Their manuals are scarce and hard to actually locate and during the "free" consultation session it's a high pressured sales job to sign you up for 6 months of online training for exerrcises that are mostly readily available online. I documented the whole process because they said my last review was faked and forced Trust Pilot to remove it. You don't actually have to be a customer of any business to review their marketing, website, or anything like that per Trust Pilot's policies that are readily available on their site, so don't fall for the pressure to remove your review just because you managed to save thou$ands of dollars from avoiding this over priced scheme. This time I documented all of the process, video and screen shots to prove I went through their marketing funnel and to warn anyone that you can get better service IN person with an *actual* physical therapist than be hard sold on $5000-$6000 of online training over 6 months. A good physical therapist will resolve your sciatica in much less time at a fraction of the cost and you don't need a doctor to see one.
Want to let you know coach that my last MRI on my back was a massive success. This was something I didn’t think was possible. From left L5,L4, SI disk protrusion, sciatic nerve on both sides and right side disk bulge sciatic - the MRI said there is nothing wrong the L5,L4, SI (disk protrusion, bulge), degenerative has slowed down only this is arthritis in the region. All this cause of what you made me accountable for by doing your program. Life is way better including sleep, mobility and general life - Thank you large from up here in Canada!

This is a no nonsense program. There are no gimmicks. There are no quick fixes. And that’s why this program works. The coaching and training program are hands-on and directly address the issue. I appreciate how it’s stated upfront the injury didn’t happen at once, so the fix isn’t either. The results do come as long as you put in the work. I did the program in the morning and at night. Doesn’t take long. Just gotta commit. After trying the gimmick route with goofy equipment, finding this program is the only equipment needed. Thanks Dr!
I came across RehabFix looking for help with what was diagnosed as acute spinal stenosis by doctors in my VA hospital ER.
