THEY HAVE £251 OF MY MONEY. ORDERED TWO PAIRS OF TRAINERS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. EVRI ARE SAYING DELIVERED BUT NO PROOF OF POSTING. NOTHING ON RING DOORBELL RECORDING. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS EACH WITH INCREASED URGENCY AND HAVE NOW CONTACTED PAYPAL TO TRY AND GET A REFUND. BE CAREFUL.

I bought some Nike AL8 trainers which…

I bought some Nike AL8 trainers which are an amazing trainer , a good trainer for functional fitness and hyrox . Although I had an issue with them after a couple of months where an air bubble popped and the trainer was making a noise I reached out to sports edit and they couldn’t be more helpful . After a couple of emails they were happy to send out another pair no questions asked . Unfortunately my trainer was out of stock but it was as easy as pick another pair to the similar value and this was sent out within a few days !! Probably the best customer experience I’ve had with a company . I picked a pair of new balance soft foams and these are very comfortable amazing for running !!! Great company ❤️

Great range and quick dispatch

Great range and quick dispatch. Evri lost my parcel and The Sports Edit were very quick to resolve the issue. I dealt with Sofia who was lovely, and quick to arrange refund and change of order for me. Very happy.
