These are not the best quality products compared to going straight to brand. I've never spent this much on leggings before, after one wash the logo's peeled off and after the 2nd wash they've started to fray at the seams after. Sports Edit wants no responsibility and you'll only get a gift card for your next purchase (which I won't be using).Save you money and go direct to the brand whose customer service will also be far above anything offered here.
Still waiting. I ordered two fleeces on Saturday 6 September from Marks and Spencer. These were supposed to be delivered no later than Friday 12 September. I looked at the tracking to see if there was any update and found they were coming from TSE!According to Evri they haven’t even received them yet so after having £78 of my money since last weekend there’s no sign of my clothes. Just a quick word on the customer service, I somehow ordered an item in the wrong size, emailed them and in a couple hours they’d fixed the issue, very rare to see when purchasing from somewhere online! It was Jasmine who helped me, big shout out to her for the quick fix/ response 🫶🏼
Exceptional service!!!The order was processed and shipped immediately however the items 'delayed' with the courier and when I received the goods the box was opened and items had been replaced.I reported this to The Sports Edit and within 90 minutes they had processed my refund!!
I had an issue with my parcel being lost in transit, which was really disappointing at first. However, Waqar at The Sports Edit provided excellent customer service! They responded quickly, were very understanding, and arranged a replacement for my ASICS Novablast 5 trainers without any extra cost. The whole process was handled smoothly and professionally, and I really appreciated the clear communication throughout.Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Placed my order with the sports edit and requested delivery to a neighbour if I was not in. The parcels were left outside without permission and subsequently got lost /stolen. Evri have told me I need to talk to the retailer and the sports edit aren't responding at all to multiple emails. I'm currently out £150 with nothing to show for it and no response from TSE. Filing a claim with amex. Customer service 0/10 Edit - yes TSE did respond to me after three days when they state their response time is 24hrs. So I would question their interpretation of efficiently. They followed up with a load of questions that could have been answered if they'd actually read my initial email. They also tried to use the excuse of being a small business when they're owned by m&s??? Weird approach A rather frustrating experience - still avoid.
Fab company! Super quick from ordering to swift delivery! My first order got misplaced, however Sofia from customer services turned it round so super fast and I had my fabulous Nike trainers within 24 hours, she was instant at replying to emails even though it was 10 @ night! Thankyou Sofia I’m sooooo happy with my purchase!
