Three birds nest has the cutest clothes, it’s like a slightly more adorable free people with a more feline feel. I can’t believe I slept on this brand for so long! The quality is great, my only con is that the sizing can be tricky and they don’t do free returns.
I can't speak for the quality of the clothes for this brand, as I haven't received my order yet. But I learned after it was too late to cancel that this is not a sustainable company. I assumed with the outrageous prices that they were using high quality, eco-friendly materials. I should have done more research before buying. The usual polyester, rayon, spandex blends you can buy for $15 a piece on Amazon. Don't waste your money.
Being a first time buyer, I spent $227 and needed to exchange two items with a different size. Beware! Their return policy is terrible!!! Not only are most of my items non returnable, but the one item that can be returned will be charged with a $9.85 shipping fee. No thank you! I rather donate to someone. I will never shop at this site again. Also, the quality for each item is inconsistent. They're thin and not worth the money. I bought a bunch of bralettes and there is no padding and are thin quality.
ZERO CUSTOMER CARE!! 3 days is what the guarantee their clothes for. I paid over $70 for pants I’ve had less than 3 moths and sticking is coming out. I wash gentle hang dry. Their response is sorry your past the 3 day return policy. Such BS!! After doing research online I’ve learned many people have had quality issues with this company in the same response. Clothes are cute, but you’re taking a chance on throwing your money away. If they fall apart, I would not support a business like this.
I absolutely love Three Bird Nest!! They have the cutest boho styles that are also super comfy and realistic for everyday wear. I am always wearing something from them! Packages come very quickly after ordering and my overall experience with Three Bird Nest has been amazing!
This company does not offer a fair return policy. I tried to return a piece of clothing and was told I could not use the portal since I had returned a damaged necklace. I contacted them and was told a new one would be sent to me and not to return the broken one. According to the chat message, there is no record of this. 2 times I offered to send a picture of the necklace. When this was ignored, I knew then I would get no cooperation. I am an honest person and would not be untruthful over a necklace!!! They replied to me with a cookie cutter answer which was the same reply others have gotten from this website. Beware of this company. I highly recommend ordering elsewhere.
