The clothes I have ordered always arrive exactly as described in the online store, they are stylish, comfortable, and of great quality. The customer service experience is courteous and professional. I place several orders per year here, for the reasons listed here.
All it takes is a reverse google image search to see all the other sellers who sell the exact same crap you have on your website. And they sell it for far less. They do not create or design anything themselves, it’s ALL resold mass produced garbage.
I have always loved their styles and they have less expensive styles similar or same to FreePeople. Anyhow, I placed an order and was happy. Everything fits fine and I consider myself lucky as that never happens. The pants and shirt have held up to multiple washes. The clothes shipped quick with updates on status. I’ve never had to do a return yet, so cannot comment on that. But, I was pleasantly surprised and will buy from again.
Purchase 4 shirts, 3 were too larger(totally over $80.00) They were returned and the refund was not given. When I reached out to customer support they stated the merchandise was received but they could not refund because the merchandise had a “scent fragrance” and if I wanted to merchandise I could pay $10 to she it shipped back, but they would refund. The “scent fragrance” was lavender from oils diffused in the room. Merchandise was not worn more than 1 minute max when trying on- returned in original package with all tags. Poor customer service and no options or reconsideration was taken by the company after several email exchanges.
I have purchased this brand before from a boutique but decided to purchase directly from their website this time. I was getting ready for a trip & didn't see the option to expedite shipping until after I'd checked out. I used the chat feature & Jessica was able to help me add expedited shipping to my order & she assured me I would have it in 3 days! Thanks TBN for offering the kind of customer service that seems so hard to find by most retailers!
Order was placed on 8/3. I reached out on 8/15 to see if there was a tracking number, there wasn’t. I’ve reached out several times since then, both by email and chat, and have no resolution. It’s 9/7 today. Over a month since I placed my order and I cannot get any info on where my order is or if it will even be fulfilled. Terrible customer service.
I just want everything. The clothes look comfortable too. Unfortunately. The few times I've bought, for example this time, the pants don't look like the photos. I bought a pair of rayon pants. Usually soft and slippery as a fabric. These just scratchy and uncomfortable next to my skin. The waist band is stiff with little elastic. The amount of e-mails and texts are spamming. They should pay more attention to the quality of their products and less to marketing.
