I love their offerings, but their policies and customer support are abysmal! Do not bother emailing their customer service, you will not get a response (probably too busy responding to all their bad reviews with AI generated responses). I really wanted to support this US based small company - I had placed about 4 orders before running into a snag. But when I did have a problem, I got NO support! Might as well purchase from Temu, you won’t risk losing as much money. I simply needed a different size, my set came with a XL top and small pants. TBN’s 3 day policy to report issues is too stringent- I don’t know about anyone else, but I hide my packages from my husband for a couple days before bringing them out! Purchasing from TBN is a gamble so decide if you want to risk your money before doing so. I sincerely hope they work on their policy and customer service before it’s too late. Their website developers and purchasers are killing it, but other aspects of their company need an overhaul.
DO NOT BUY! The clothing is TEMU quality and they have the WORST customer service! Their $100 overalls arrived with a ripped seam and no seam allowance. The material is awful! One of the shirts I ordered arrived with a hole in it. They took over a week to reply to me and did nothing to fix the situation. There is only a 3 day return window for quality defects. Buyer Beware!!!!
I didn’t even want to give the 1 star!! I ordered on July 20 and today July 30 I canceled my whole order!! It was still sitting in the warehouse!! I got on their customer chat only to be told how sorry they were and someone would be in touch and……NOTHING!! They completely gave me the runaround!! I would NOT order anything from them!!
I wouldn’t purchase from this website ever again. Paid $40 for a cardigan after shipping & it is such low quality. It’s got loose threads hanging all over it, totally see through, & I just know it’s going to rip immediately if it snags on anything at all. You can’t get a refund for your shipping costs & they charge $8 for a return so I would barely get half of my money back even if I did return it. Don’t be fooled by their cute pictures, their items are LOW quality for the prices.
Customer service has been extremely disappointing. If you're considering ordering with expedited shipping—don’t expect it to arrive on time. I specifically paid extra for faster shipping, and now, six days later, my order hasn't even left the warehouse.I received no meaningful support, no resolution, and was told a refund wasn't possible—including for the expedited shipping fees that were clearly not honored.You would expect customer satisfaction to be a priority, but based on my experience, that doesn't seem to be the case here. I regret trying this company and will not be returning.
Over $400 worth of clothing was sent to the wrong address and was stolen. I sent them an email explaining the situation and someone called and said they would be resending the same items I had purchased. Well, they never did and won’t respond to any of my emails. I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years at this store and they basically just spit in my face. I’m sure they’re going to respond to this review with some B.S. response but they truly do not care about their customers.
I have shopped at Three Bird Nest for a few years and it NEVER disappoints! They are always on trend and ALWAYS have the best deals making it such a great purchase. The customer care team is a delight to work with! I have so many items I am able to mix and match with, must shop!!!
