Review Time
I ordered a pair of pants in what they said was a medium. What I got was a pair of pants that a giant would wear. After contacting them they wanted photos which I sent, and they insisted this was normal. My 6'4" husband could have worn them. When I asked to have them sent back for a refund I was charged for the return. I will never shop this company again.
I absolutely love this brand and every product I’ve received. Clothes are made with true quality and are super fashionable. I love that most of the options on their site are versatile/ can be dressed up or dressed down. I will continue to be an avid three bird nest fan and customer! :)
First off - their customer service is AMAZING. I've never gone without someone responding right away if I have questions. Second -- their pieces are timeless and fit TTS. I usually always go with what they pair together and love it every single time. Quickly becoming my favorite online boutique!
There was a sale so there was an item I wanted to purchase. The website was glitching out for a week and wouldn’t let me check out. I spent hours trying to get the order to go through. I chatted with them the day the sale ended (I thought the sale was still going on) to ask for help. The rep said website was acting weird but was able to place the order for me if I wanted but wouldn’t honor the sale price even though I told her I would’ve ordered the item when it was on sale but the problem was on their end. With other stores given they saw the website was not working, I had them honor the sale price and provide a discount code for a future order in order to keep a 1st time customer happy (especially since no one can get this item, there is only one in stock and I’ve had other people try on their computers and they can’t purchase it either) They fact they won’t honor the sale price after how much of an inconvenience this has been you’d think they’d want to make a first time customer happy but nope. The owner is greedy and their policies are terrible. Free People is better than them and that’s saying a lot since FP is pretty bad, lol.
Terrible quality and worst customer service I have ever experienced. The items took almost a month to arrive and were defective. I hand-washed and laid the pants I ordered flat to dry before wearing them, but they stretched out about 5 inches and the legs are different lengths. The inseam is so low now that it's almost comical. Three Bird Nest refuses to refund me after over 2 hours on their chat and customer service email. They admitted that the stretching defect didn't show up until after washing, but will not refund them because they have been washed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are unethical and one of the worst brand experienced I have ever had. Clearly their products are also very poor quality. UPDATE: Three Bird Nest's response below supports my original 1-star review. Once again, they have responded with a scripted customer service reply that also blames me, the customer, for the defects: "From our research, this type of stretching can occur if the pants were washed in a machine with an agitator or if they were hung while wet, which may have affected the shape of the fabric." As I've said to them many times before, I followed the care instructions, but it's true I can't prove it. Do they expect customers to take videos of themselves doing laundry just in case they need proof of how they washed something? In the end, their customer service is summed up by this sentence, "... while we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible, we must adhere to our policies to ensure fairness across all orders." In short, they don't intend to refund customers (Sure, they refunded me for one pair that had different length legs because they really could not deny that defect, but I'm still out $50+ for the other pair of pants).The end of their reply is, "If there’s anything else we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out." Yet, I have emailed and messaged them multiple times to ask them how I was supposed to know the pants were defective before I washed them. They have not replied to any of the emails, reviews, or direct messages that included this question. It's almost like they don't want to answer it.
This merchant refused and didn't even try to work with me in replacing my SToLEN items. My package was stolen from my door. So therefore I paid for ish that never received. All I request is to resend and have me sign for the items or even give me a store credit. But no they basically stated to K their butt and it was my LOSS! And yes I had the extra shipping option.
This company did not stand by a sweater that fell apart. Despite the washer safe, dry flat instructions, which I followed, my $88.00 sweater is a mess--not wearable or salvageable. The online rep was nasty and dismissed my claim, saying that they recommended hand washing. Nope! Never again.
