I have had nothing but positive things to say about three bird nest. This company for me has really worked, and I find the quality of their clothing to be excellent and whatever ever did not work. I have had no problem returning I personally would recommend it and will be purchasing again from here.
My daughter chose 2 tops she liked from three bird nest. I ordered them for Christmas. The tops were both very oversized. Her correct size was way too large. 2 tops cost me over $100 with standard shipping. These were not clearance. They won't return one of them. They will only refund 1 top. I'm out $60!This absolutely is not good business! Never again will we order from three bird nest!
I love the style of these clothes but can help but feel so bad about myself when I buy it from 3BN. INSANELY overpriced, especially since they get these clothes from lower income countries who barely make a dime off of making them. Fast fashion material, contributing to the waste and global warming of our planet. Oh but don’t forget your boho essentials to contribute to more world waste and climate change just so you can be aesthetically pleasing, from a company that only gives a shit about making however much they can off of you. Everything I have from 3BN after 1 wash started piling. BAD quality. There is absolutely nothing special about them. And for that price?? Never again will I buy from them. Absolutely the worst price gauging for low quality items 👎👎👎 you will be able to buy all of these items another time later for 3-4 times LESS.
Three Bird Nest use to be my favorite place to shop but now they are over priced and charging $10 bucks for shipping a item and that's just a processing fee to get the item sent out. They make a enough already! Then to return a item I have to loose $7 from my return which I had plans to buy the smaller size. I will never buy from them again and will be unfollowing from their social platforms. This use to be a cool company loved them more than free peopl but if I'm gonna spend that much on shipping might as well go to free people and buy the real brand products.
The clothes I bought I loved hem The quality is low.One of the shirts I bough fell apart in the wash after I washed it one time.I do understand that there are issues but they told me there was nothing they cold do about it and that they would not stand behind their own clothing line.
yes I bought the Soul Wandering Print dress very cute and the bust was completely off. I was told to get a measuring tape and measure it...I waited an hour for a call back and I am so exhausted that ... I will never buy from them again.. plus they say no regular exchanges.. I don't understand it...I took a chance on this one.. the lack of phone service and the attitudes are too much and losing 80 plus dollars too!!! don't do it.
I love this style of clothing and have ordered from Three Birds Nest several times. I have had to reach out to customer support about a question for something I purchased. And the person I talked to was very nice and helpful. I thought these were good quality clothes and worth the price but after wearing them multiple times, they do not hold up. I won’t be purchasing from the site again, even with the large discounts they do, I don’t think it’s worth the price.
I have been a customer for a couple years now. Great quality products. Silky Soft Fabrics. Great for really tall & most short gals. Im really short but a lot of their stuff is cropped. Pants seem a little big since they don't carry xs items yet. I LOVE their overalls & crop tops. so many cute and unique designs. free returns as well are nice.
My first order was good. Got it in a timely fashion and liked what I purchased…u til it wasn’t. I purchased a second order and it took way longer to get to me. In the interim I wore one of the items I purchase in my first order. It was a lightweight tshirt called the slub. I washed it and when i went to stem it to wear it again I found several small holes in it. It just started to disintegrate. I opened a chat to see if I could return it and get a refund. I was told I had 3 days to dispute a purchase and it had to be sent back with tags and unworn. When I complained about the quality I was told no exception. I have spent nearly $300 on clothes in 3 months. I’m very disappointed I their policy. Buyer beware. It’s a Rip off.
