I couldn’t attend concert and went thru the re sale option and it kept saying my tickets were no longer available in my ticket master. Then they suddenly reappeared and obviously were re sold. I was already gutted to miss my favourite band and not impressed with the poor confusing service
I picked the show "We will Rock You" chose the date 24th October hit find tickets - selected and paid and found out after a lot of trouble finding the tickets due to not being able to print them as they only accept tickets on your phone (Not all of us are up to current tech) to find that the site had issued tickets for the 19th (After the show had already started) They refused to refund and referred me to pages of conditions to escape refunding
