Bought a good ticket, was issued much inferior seat

Two Months prior to an event I purchased a good ticket. On purchase my seat selection was cancelled by Ticketmaster and substituted for a much inferior seat. I have spent the better part of a month trying to straighten this out to no avail. Even providing evidence of their switching my seat, (captured in screenshots) has elicited no response. This is the worst ticket purchasing experience I have ever had. I was even lied to by staff who could clearly see the substitution, and we're telling me it was completely my error.

Frustration!Whilst I could view my tickets at home

Whilst I could view my tickets at home, I COULDN’T open them at the Civic. I object having to remember a password to access something I have paid for!Every change Ticketmaster makes it more difficult to use.

Make sure you use the APP!

Was an absolutely fantastic show and totally worth seeing.It's important that its very clear you MUST have your tickets loaded on either the TicketMaster App or in your Apple Wallet. Once this is understood (& done) the system works well.
