The Jimmy Barnes concert we had booked in Wellington was postponed due to Covid-19 restrictions in NSW. When the postponement date was advised we realised that we could not attend on the new date due to work and travel constraints, so we requested a refund. This was processed and refunded within a day, with no hassles at all. Thanks for the fantastic service.
Great service! Requested a refund, expecting a wait on response, however, my refund was processed within 10 minutes! Additionally, the customer service team are super responsive & helpful with any issues I have had in the past.
On the actual day we cancelled the Lion King tickets due to a ticket holder in our family unwell, TM staff showed empathy and understanding of our situation. When there were no alternative days (booked out), TM considered a refund, which we were advised could take a few days for outcome. They exceeded our expectations by informing us that we have had the refund request approved and processed the credit. We will definitely be booking through Ticketmaster in the near future.
