simple refund procedure

I purchased tickets to a concert really soon afterwards it was postponed for a year i did not know where I would be in a years' time therefore I requested a refund expecting a huge hassle. I could not have been more wrong after three simple steps the money was on it's way back into our account. You hear horror stories about concert tickets these days but I found this service very professional. thank you so much.

Very prompt response and refund processed super quicker and in account. Josephine was right on time, clear information and very helpful. Gutted can't attend the gig due to covid rescheduling it but will def purchase tickets from ticket master again as refund was so easy 😊🎫

Prompt resolution

Very prompt resolution when I requested to have my ticket date changed due to Covid alert Level 2 extension, we can't attend the event anymore as we're coming from Wellington. Josephine processed my refund right away and advised I can book to a new date that suits. Thanks!
