I had dealings with Tara in Customer service and she was outstanding. I had bought a gift voucher as a present with a specific show in mind and when the show was removed from the stage (Due to COVID) there was nothing else that we wanted to see. Later on we discovered that the voucher had expired without use. I called and Tara was there with all the answers. She was helpful, empathetic and ultimately resolved the issue in one easy phone conversation. Thank you Tara.
Accidentally booked the incorrect time for a Van Gogh exhibit last night so sent through a request for tickets to be amended to the correct time and received a response very quickly and amended tickets showing in my app. Thanks for the quick response and assistance.
This is the first time I have requested a refund and they made it so easy, their response to my email was so speedy which was greatly encouraging.I had ordered 2 tickets using separate Credit Cards however the refund was done in days one amount to one card which was great.I am very impressed with their service and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.
Due to an issue with the internet I placed 2 orders in quick succession as I was told the first order had not been accepted. I ended up being charged twice. This was soon rectified by Ticketmaster and I am expecting to receive a refund shortly. Excellent service.
Amazing customer service in general, and Khrysstopha in general. Accidentally placed 3 orders for the same show due to internet issues. Thought/assumed I was stick with them, but Ticketmaster reached out and asked if this was an error and offered to refund the additional tickets purchased in error! Awesome customer service, very happy, relieved and satisfied customer here!
