Online and office purchases

Purchased tickets both at the office, they issues with computer but we’re very pleasant and happy with service. Online I wanted to change a seat and although not normally done, having a group of tickets I was happy they swapped a seat for me. Thank you the group is very grateful.

I had great, prompt, no fuss customer service from Khrysstopha. There had been a mistake with a double purchase of tickets on line. It was prompty refunded without any hassle associated with achieving this.

Contacted Ticketmaster when my tickets…

Contacted Ticketmaster when my tickets had been cancelled but no refund received, within 48 hours was sorted and refund back on my credit card. Great customer service with this issue. Thanks guys.
