Refund actioned super quick

Due to the Backstreet Boys being rescheduled until 2022 I requested a refund. This was promptly actioned and the money was back in my account on the same day. Super impressed with the great service. Won't hesitate to make future bookings with this awesome company.

Applied for a refund for the canceled Blues footy fest. Very easy process and received confirmation from Ticketmaster that the refund had been processed within 30 minutes of submitting it. Very impressed with the level of service

I have bought two tickets to a show as a present for another person.I am not going to that show myself.The Ticketmaster site says that 'ticket forwarding is not available'.There appears to be no way to print the tickets. How do I sort that out?
