the process was easy but getting the money refunded to the account was terrible.it took 8 days for the money to show up in our account.not pleased about that.ticketmaster were helpful but the processing slow.

It was good to receive the email advising of the event which I hadn't heard about, and then to be able to get a date and time that fitted my travel dates - given the Covid-19 restrictions at the time. When I arrived for my time slot I was worried that my phone battery would run out before I could scanned in so I was directed to the ticket booth where the friendly and helpful attendant found and printed off my ticket for me.

I had to select another date to attend Mary Poppins due to Covid-19 and the performance schedule change.I was very pleased with the prompt replies to my request and subsequent emails. Stacey was most helpful.
