I enjoyed the show - it was a little difficult to book tickets initially but was happy when I found one that workedWe(my daughter and I) were running late for this show - and we went in and after the show enquired about seeing part of the show that we missed and we waited for a bit but we were able to go and enjoy due to numbers being okIt was an absolutely fabulous exhibition and enjoyed the fresh air and the very calm relaxing vibes in the place and of course learning some more about Van Gogh his artwork and more about his story. Would love to see more exhibitions like this. I felt like I wanted to have a mat and to lie down and soak up the atmosphere.
Helpful entry guides, the digital exhibition was fabulous, and creative. I enjoyed the moving aspects on the screens. The 45 minutes was sufficient. I liked how the presentation of van Gogh's life started in the Netherlands and followed a natural progression to when he died. One suggestion for oldies or people with knee problems - have a few chairs scattered around to make viewing a little more comfortable rather than stand or move around with no rest. Thanks again.
This form of display took art to another level. The music was beautiful and you had a good view of the surrounding projected paintings wherever you stood. Some were moving images, some stationary but all showed Vincent's inimitable style. Hope more artists' work can be exhibited in this way.
Forwarding Service. Sadly, I was off sick and part of my team were going to DigitalNights - your forwarding service was down on Tuesday and thus I tried to reset my password multiple times to no avail to get them to login to get their tickets and it didnt work. So in the end none of the six members of my team were able to attend.
I appreciate that Covid has presented you with many challenges, however I found it extremely hard to get any information as to whether my event -" The Painter and the Thief"- was going to be on / was going to be postponed/ or cancelled.I kept getting messages saying I hope you enjoyed the show etc, when the event date was past.On your website there is very little information as to how a customer can contact you by email , phone etc.I was in the dark as to what was happening with the event / and also my refund / or rescheduled film showing date
