Would have loved to see this play, but not possible due to COVID. Ticketmaster very poor in communication as at level 3 could not attend, emailed and then phoned to be told they didn’t have any information that it was cancelled due to COVID and would look into it. Still waiting to hear back from either email or phone call, reluctant to use again.
You want me to review my experience of a show that never happened due to covid? That you never cancelled/rescheduled/refunded? That you “reminded” me about the day AFTER it was due to happen? I’m sure the show would have been great had it actually happened, but the experience with Ticketmaster has been abysmal.
Pleasantly surprised by the speed of response to an enquiry around refunding for a concert that has been postponed. Communication to date has been quick, friendly and helpful. I look forward to seeing the refund :-)Update - refund came through straight away - Thanks!
