Review Time
We were advised on Monday 21 September that due to Covid our tickets for 23 September had been cancelled and were offered refund or to be waitlisted for new tickets. We opted for refund and when new tickets became available we purchased for late October. On the morning of 23 September we were advised that due to Covid restrictions being eased we could now attend. I replied that we had already bought replacement tickets and requested a refund - yet to be received. Today 25 September we were emailed asking if we enjoyed the event and to provide feedback on Ticketmaster’s performance. Given all this conflicting communication we are less than impressed with Ticketmaster.
The show I had booked for had been postponed. Regardless Ticketmaster kept sending me emails to prepare for the show and making me nervous thinking is the show still on? Best was one reminder a day after the original show was planned saying have fun tonight... And now I receive an email asking how it was. This is just the worst customer experience ever!
