I've heard bad things about Ticketmaster globally in terms of contact times, refunds etc. While I did initially find it frustrating trying to find an actual contact form where I could enter details and not just be redirected to an FAQ page, once I found this and submitted my request, I was pleasantly surprised with the response.I was provided with a refund for something that has been postponed, not cancelled, but is seemingly unlikely to go ahead any time soon.From initial message submission to receipt of refund it was less than 24 hours, so I am very happy with the outcome and the service provided.
Refund for Blues match was in our account in less than 20 hours. The instructions for getting the refund were incredibly clear. This was the best piece of customer service and good old-fashioned 'getting it' that we have experienced in a long time !!!
