Never had any challenges with Ticketmaster. Excellent online service. Although this time the website was overloaded, was having difficulties in uploading the tickets so we had to go the booth to get printed copies

Booking and payment process for Van Gogh Live very simple and straightforward.Excellent communication, information and instructions throughout e.g. mobile app ticket process, Covid-19 processes etc.

Entry time change/ no contact tracer app /mental health alert

Entry time waa changed from 9 to 930 when all other dates changed to 830..930 is just too late.There was no contact tracer app to use.The show itself was fabulous thank you.However, given that mental illness featured prominently i was expecting an announcment or notice on the way out offering support to attendees if needed.
