Ticket scanning took ages

Everything was great. A pity that you had to reveal the code on the ticket for scanning, then go back to the tickets and select the next one, reveal the code, and so forth, for every ticket. Took a while, and the people on the doors were struggling to read people's tickets quickly. We were waiting for quite a while, despite being in the line on the ground floor.

Disappointed

I purchased 4 tickets seated in directly in front of the stage. We arrived at the venue to be told that as we had our 15 yr old daughter with us she could not sit with us in that block. It was suggested that the 3 of us over 18 could sit in our seats but that our daughter would need to sit in the under 18 section. This is absurd to think that it would be a reasonable option to split us up and leave her alone. We all went to the under 18 section which was full of other families in the same situation. We ended up sitting off to side and back past the main area. Certainly not the seats we had booked and paid for.Disappointed that this was not communicated at the time of buying tickets or in the lead up to the event.

Terrible Seat Allocation

The gig was great but the seat allocation wasn't. Firstly, when we turned up at the venue the staff at the venue were surprised by our seats as we were seated in an Under 18 section. No mention of this on the website when booking. Secondly, our seats were "best available" and were amongst the highest ticket price bracket. We used this option to find our seats as we had never been to this venue before and needed guidance. The view of the stage wasn't great and we couldn't see some of the band or set up due to the angle. Disappointed with our seats especially with the price paid.We were then approached by a staff member asking us if we would mind moving as they needed our seats for Under 18's. We obliged and were shown to seats that were much better. Ironically not only were they better but they would have been cheaper than the seats we originally purchased!Pretty disappointed with the whole seat allocation and we felt a bit ripped off. First time this has happened. Staff at the venue were lovely.

Mobile phone NOT required to purchase ticket or get into show.

The Event itself was really amazing. The sound was great and have no complaints about that at all. The reason for only three stars was due to the fact that it was difficult to be able to clearly see that I COULD purchase a ticket for the event without owning or using a mobile phone. It would be great if you could specify for people that using a mobile phone for a ticket is NOT required. Once I got confirmation that I could purchase a ticket and just get one printed at the box office before the show, the process went smoothly. Thank you!

You should be able to download a pdf version of the tickets. Other than that no problem 🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately this was not my vibe in music. Don't get me wrong the trio were extremely good and their musical ability on their chosen instruments was exceptional.

Six at the Civic

All things were good. I now have ticketmaster app on my phone. Retrieving the tickets worked really well. I did not have to download them to google wallet which was good and just another thing to do.
