We booked our tickets October 2024 for Eclipse Pink Floyd Orchestrated February 2025. we paid extra to have our tickets couriered.Come the day of the event no tickets had arrived.We had downloaded the app to have the tickets on our phone only to be told these would not be acceptable at the venue.We had to get our tickets printed off site.Now waiting for a refund.
I get emails to tell me what is coming up shows, concerts all the stuff that I am interested in which is great! This is an easy sight to navigate and it is also really helpful to be able to have your tickets on your phone via the app, great job thanks Ticketmaster NZ
I thought I was booking a seat for a disabled person but I must have made a mistake as I ended up in a cramped seat which was a little uncomfortable and was inconvenient for those who needed to get past me during the show.The show was brilliant and exceptional value for the price.
I only trust Ticketmaster NZ now after being mucked around by the likes of Ticket Ferry. Ticketmaster recently let me know that the Nelly concert was cancelled. I was informed by email with plenty of notice and exact outline about my refund. Great to have options of seeing the map of seating to get the best spot at each event and love the option of mobile tickets. Highly recommend!!
OMG BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!!!!!!!!I thought there would be special moments, but WOW!!!!!- the whole entire night was an unbelievable experience. It was like listening to the actual record - but live which was such an emotional impact on all your senses!! For the first few songs I was so tearful. Everyone sitting around me was saying OMG this is amazing! Professional muscianship was absolutely top top top. Amazing conductor who put the whole production together- professional musicians and the singers sounded like the original singers all the little inflections, tone, sounds and they blew us away!! It was a real privilege thank you!!
