Issues with venue change and tickets

Two things went wrong for me for this Denzel Curry event. When the venue changed from Shed 10 to The Studio, I got an email from Ticketmaster saying the new venue, but the Ticketmaster website and app and all other emails kept saying shed 10. Then in my Ticketmaster app my event tickets disappeared. I had to click “view you tickets” in the original email to get to the website to see my tickets. I was then able to download them to my iOS wallet but that was the only way I could access the tickets. The show itself was great but these ticket and venue issues were a hassle.

You backed a show with extortionate…

You backed a show with extortionate ticket prices, a heap of HYPE, and had us all sit in the worst-designed theatre for the 'privilege'. I spent a FORTUNE coming from Wgtn...to see THE WORST SHOW...live...EVER, in my almost 57yrs. I'll never buy tickets from you again. My almost 11yo didn't mind it...he did not love it though, and factor in he seldom complains. All round the most disappointing WASTE of precious money, ever. If they advertise, it's because they need to! Disgusted.

Reselling extra tickets is an easy…

Reselling extra tickets is an easy process and great that scalping has been taken out of the equation, 5%of ticket cost plus a handling fee does take it too far the other way. Receiving email on day of concert that screen shots of ticket won't work and you must download an app ( that my phone can't download as it's too old) but wasn't the case anyway, is unnecessarily stressful. But all other information helpful in regard to gig and venue.
