System was broken. Tickets purchased 3 weeks prior and “by mail” selected so I could give as a birthday gift. One week prior to event when tickets didn’t arrive I submitted an online query but received an unhelpful generic reply. The day before the event I then spent 30min on hold to ticket master so they could email me digital tickets.
Very high booking fees when it is all handled by a computer. Outrageous!The computer is also very slow for the scanning.If you are ripping off people with these inflated fees, the least you can do is use them for a decent system.
Awesome amazing night with fantastic music and atmosphere and I couldn't stop singing and dancing all night long. The performance was outstanding along with the graphics behind them. If you closed your eyes you would have believed it was the beach boys themselves on stage and not someone else singing all those beautiful songs.
