Review Time
On entry to the theatre, my mobile phone tickets would not download, so I was instructed to go to the Box Office for a printed ticket. I waited half an hour in a queue (along with 30+ others) just to be met when my turn, with a flippant 'apology' that the system in my queue had "frozen and to go and join another queue"! By this time the Show was to start in 3 minutes and by the time I would have the printed ticket, I would have had to enter the Theatre in the dark. I have an obvious spinal disability (a crutch) and since I would not have been able to navigate my way down the stairs safely in the dark, I had to relinquish my ticket and go home. So upset as I had been so looking forward to the Hauser Concert, as well as wasting the cost of my ticket. Ticketmasters' system does not allow redress either.
