I had the same experience as a number of others - the website said my booking hadn't gone through so I started again and ended up being charged twice. I couldn't get through on the phone line at all but when I emailed it was dealt with really quickly and in a pleasant way. The refund followed in a couple of days. Thank you Kayla!
I just wanted you guys to send me my tickets via email now, not three days prior to the show. I did not intend to buy collector tickets and asked for these to be changed. You said - nu hu! Sorry sucker!!! I didn't care about the cost - I just wanted my tickets changed. This has been the seriously worse purchase ever.
I wrote to Ticketmaster on a Saturday after discovering I needed to attend a memorial service. I rang Ticketmaster phone line ( a little hard to find) and was told I had to email them with a request to change dates. I emailed on Saturday. The only reason for a four star rather than five was that it took two days to get a reply. That said, once I did get a reply it was swiftly dealt with and I had a fantastic experience getting a date swop with relatively similar seats. Extremely grateful. Thank you.
After a fault with booking a ticket via the website which said it hadn't been processed, I wrote an email to explain that I had actually been charged twice for 2 seats when due to their website issues, I had just wanted one ticket. They answered promptly, resolving the issue very quickly. Grateful for the speed of this resolution. Thanks to customer services.
Due to a glitch on the website advising me to try and book tickets later, I inadvertently found that I had booked an excess of tickets. I only discovered this when I entered my email's inbox. Jhandie resolved this issue and I now await my refund for the extra tickets purchased - this is due within the next 3 to 4 days. Thank you, Jhandie, for your help.
