You’ve dropped the ball

Despite the torrential rain, the music and MC were not upbeat enough between sets to lift the energy. Yes, a hard challenge with 15mm of rain over the 9 hrs. It was like intermission music at the movie theatre!! If this wasn’t our first SBTR, we wouldn’t come back. Very disappointing after many years of great events. The audio was also poor. We sat back near the wheelchair platform and video screen, the speakers were too far away. They were so far away, that the audio lagged the video!! You’ve run events at the Golf Course before so you know what works. The poor coffee van, over run with customers!! Also, the generators need an RCD per outlet, so when 1 food truck trips the circuit, it doesn’t knock out 3!! Thx.

Wet weather Review

Food Vans awesome. Bar facilities awesome. Merchandise great. I didn't use the toilets so I can't comment on that.I think with the wet weather you may have to be a bit more lenient with the umbrella policy. A lot of people left early because of the appalling conditions and I feel like a lot of people did not even attend the event even though they had tickets because of the wet weather and lack of shelter. It would be interesting to see the numbers of the scanned in tickets. Even allow 1 passout per ticket which would enable people to go back to their cars and grab another change of clothes, jacket, garbage bag.Also I noticed on the disability accessible viewing platform there was no shelter for those people. There were people in wheel chairs outside in the elements. I felt for them.Apart from the weather I can see it is a very well run event and well catered for. Just wondering when there is inclement weather the umbrella policy can be relaxed or even ponchos on sale. The BOM weather site kept saying the showers would clear and I feel a lot of people relied on this information which was totally inaccurate. It just got heavier.However, I did enjoy the artists. They were fantastic and everything I expected it to me.

Will NEVER get tickets here again.

Will NEVER get tickets here again.Asked for a refund not long after purchased tickets as son had exams that I hadn't thought about. Was honest and NO sympathy shown at all. Also couldn't sell OR transfer tickets.....absolutely bullshit service

Parking and directions

The information about parking could have been clearer. We had GA parking ticket and on the map there were two parking areas. Also the direction and which road to take to get to the venue to enter the parking area could have been advised.

Great to receive emails leading up to…

Great to receive emails leading up to the event as a reminder.. plus the ease of adding tickets to the wallet on the phone and use on the day .

The Living End (live at the gardens)

The band themselves were incredible. And finally seeing them live after 30-yrs my bucket list is now complete. No issues with the actual show, i loved every minute!!My only issue was with the DISABLED SECTION. It was full of able bodied patrons who blocked the access for those who needed to access it. There was also only 1 disabled toilet which was located the furthest away as possible from the disabled section & right next to the mens urinal. Men were pissing in it and against it. Absolutely disgusting!

I have rated Ticketmaster down

I have rated Ticketmaster down, I had an issue booking. It took four attempts to make the booking online. Three times it timed out. On the fourth attempt, I accidentally input wrong date. Immediately looked for a phone number- Ticketmaster has no telephone contact. Followed instructions and emailed, putting Same Day in. It took several days to get a reply. I was ultimately able to get my event date changed, team members were helpful so normally I would rate higher.It’s not team members fault but company and systems. I have a strong belief that no business should trade in Australia without a phone number. The event itself was spectacular. Great venue and an outstanding show.

Ticket resold but not been paid!!!

Resold my ticket through you and still waiting for my money, even though the event has been played. So the buyer has enjoyed the event, yet I still done have the funds! Shocking customer service
