Ticketmaster Australia reminder was good and the concert went well. Very enjoyable night but I thought that the Merchandise could have been organised a bit better. I was in the seated area and couldn't see any. There was a sign on the bar to seek barstaff assistance and that was it. No Tshirts or other concert stuff displayed. The seats were a little cramped too but I wasn't expecting much from Festival Hall. At least the sound quality and lighting were good and I got to see the Kaiser Chiefs again.
Every time I have to use the Ticketmaster app it needs to be updated and doesn't remember the password. EVERY TIME. This is extremely stressfull, especially when I have to travel over 2 hours to see a show. I just want a ticket I can print out.
