Fantastic concert. Easy tix purchase. Not too bad getting in and out of the venue. Too much reserved seating. Needed speakers behind the GA area and bigger screens. Good food and drink outlets. Great to see so many staff wandering and emptying bins etc.
1st of all I have loved Alan for many year while watching QI every night. His performance was brilliant. I laughed & laughed. I am disabled so couldn't stand in the queue to speak to him.I was NOT HAPPY with foul mouth comedian that came on prior to Alan. She was disgusting. Didn't even think that might have been elderly people in the theatre that don't like that sort of language.
Access to the Lyric Theatre is so smooth and great performance space for live theatre. Box Office pickup worked really well for ticket collection. Less glitchy than digital delivery. Back to the Future is a powerhouse show. Joyful in its own right and loyal to the well- loved original movie story. Australan cast are on fire with the show.
Liked the show and generally have no issue with Ticketmaster. Tried to transfer two tickets to friends though and they never received the links. Phone numbers were correct, I checked multiple times.When I cancelled the transfer, had to use the link in the email as the link in the app kept going to the US site...
