No help at all . I receive the same automated response .I have followed all the instructions provided I have checked Ticketmaster app on a daily basis and still no tickets .The worst frustrating experience I have ever encountered . I’ll hand the details over to my bank and hopefully receive a refund as I paid for the tickets last Feb and did not receive them
I read with interest that Vicky got a full refund for someone who couldn't attend an event with them. I booked for a friend to join me at the Ramses exhibition in Sydney in December. Her husband was taken very ill and she couldn't attend (he subsequently died). I wrote to Ticketmaster and asked if she could exchange her ticket for a future date and I have been on a bizarre cycle of emails that I was sure were from robots. So, yes, she could exchange but the cost of the tickets were downgraded and her ticket can only be exchanged by one the same price or higher. Except there are none at the same price and they can't accept a higher payment! About 10 different "fan support" names and a curious repetition of phrases. But no resolution and no way to get to a higher authority. It's beyond bad.
