Great service after silly mistake

I made a stupid mistake and bought AusOpen tickets for the wrong date.When I reached out to the online team through messenger, they advised me to request a change of date.I filled in the form they sent me and received a response within a few hours. Unfortunately a change of date wasn’t possible but I was offered a refund straight away. Great experience as I thought I’d lost out of money because my silly mistake.

Excellent supportThis is the rating I give to Antonette. However, I suggest including a clarification on how to access purchased car parking tickets during the order process, which would have eliminated the need for this support.Also, it was clear how to distribute a ticket to others, but not clear how to access the one purchased for me. Hence I forwarded that ticket to another email address for me.

Simple refund process

I contacted customer support as I had made a purchase for a Perth event while in Melbourne and the time reflected when in Melbourne was Melbourne time not Perth time.It was a simple email sent and Marie-Claire came back to me quickly and gave me a refund.Not what I expected being such a large company but I was pleasantly surprised!
