Julia of Ticketmaster was excellent!

Julia was excellent.Very attentive and helpful. Nothing was a problem for her.I wish other organisations had employees like her!I made a mess of booking tickets for the AO and she fixed everything within minutes. She had a great manner.

Exchange AFL tickets for better seats

I required to exchange my AFL Tickets as they turned out to be Restricted View (even though when I selected them it did not show as restricted view) - I then sent an email to Ticketmaster to ask for an exchange of seats & within less than 24 hrs I received an email from Henry at Ticketmaster Fan Support who kindly organised for my tickets to be exchanged to better seats. Thanks again for your prompt service

Inability to print my tickets

When I advised my inability to print my tickets at home I was provided with advice to check first and when that did not resolve the matter I was sent an email with the tickets as a pdf to print at home within a very short time even though it was on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you
