Excellent response time and professional and courteous service. It can be nerve-racking when you travel across the world to see a concert and you want to make sure all is in order with your ticket. My issue was solved and I felt confident I was in good hands.
Bought 2 tickets to the Aus MotoGP and coach tickets to get us to and from the island for the sunday as it is the race day. Tickets are for the for the full 3 days. on the first day at about 10pm I found out though the ABC the main race had be moved forward to the saturday not the sunday. less that 24 hours away now, contacted ticketmaster about changing my coach tickets to the saturday while some where still available. Still have not heard anything from them about this other than a wait as see email sent on the night. when the communication came thought at about 11.20pm all the coach tickets where sold out, So l could no longer attend the event. As l had flown to melbourn from WA and had no transport. Have been trying for just shy of 2 months to figure out of l can get a refund. today l am getting a refund for 4 coach tickets and nothing for the GP GA tickets.
I sent through a request for a seat exchange for a concert that had some space to move around. My request was approved within minutes and I didn’t have to do a thing. Billy the Ticketmaster employee made the exchange quick and easy. Seriously feel so lucky with how this worked out. So excited for the concert! Amazing customer service
How dare you sell me a ticket and NOT make it clear that I cannot print one off. I have no access to a smart phone i have paid over $2000.00 and i cannot get help except by e-mail, I WANT MY TICKETS NOW . How dare you stress me like this
I found Ticketmaster customer service incredibly unaccommodating and unfair. Not least because I was trying to resolve an issue caused by Ticketmaster. The customer service representatives did not make time to meaningfully understand or respond to the matter, rather, they provided zero assistance and spouted generic responses. Customers should not have to refer to legislation in order to seek a refund. And customers with less legal knowledge than me would definitely not have the resources to support their case.
