I loved the whole concert but hated how they had that VIP stage right in the middle at the center of the field. I was in gold standing and couldn’t view the whole stage. I’m sure the last time that stage was to the side of the stadium. I would have loved to see the whole stage as things happened on the other side that I couldn’t see
We were seated directly under the sun and with young children and the risk of heat stroke it was unsafe for us to stay and was such a disappointing experience and with the cost of living it was a waste of $607 for not even 30 minutes of a show
The concert was amazing however I do wish there was less strobe lights as they impacted my sensory issues. Also one of the security guards was very rude to me when I asked very politely about the smoking area and the line on the ground cause I thought it might've been like an extension and she was very rude. The security guards in general weren't exactly helpful. Like I get there was a lot of people there but like we were standing near two boys that peed into the bush at separate times it was disgusting. Overall, I think there needs to be better access to toilets not just one up the giant hill also the needs to be easy ways to access Merch even if you do like it scan code where you can scan it and it will bring you the merge up so you can buy it online. Also more inclusive sizing for merch because most of the shirts only went up to 3XL which definitely wouldn't fit some people. it would make life so much easier and some of the security guards need to have customer service courses because that lady was so rude. everything was expensive like I get you guys to try and make a profit but does a band shirt really need to be $60 and does a drink really need to cost anywhere between five dollars to $10 for one drink. Mostly if the pricing had of been a little bit more acceptable, I probably actually would've bought more and you would've made more of a profit instead of sticking with the one shirt and one drink. I also think it would be a cool idea to consider like renting chairs out to people that might want to sit because there are people that have invisible disabilities like myself that if they were to sit on the ground they wouldn't be able to get back up. Bigger smoking area would also be nice
The biggest problem with this great day is your planning of toilets and how you direct crowds away to use different entrances especially in the main GA area near the Bookies ring. With so many people you shouldn’t be blocking areas off with security guards who treat people and talk to people like they are FBI agents. They are rude and lack respect.Consideration also needs to be given to how people buy drinks. Waiting so long after the crowds get in at the start of the day creates lines that take over 20 to buy a drink. Then you allow young people to buy 4 at a time which they do and hence consume alcohol too quickly.Very good day… but with common sense changes could create a better overall experience.
